Cancellation or Lock-Outs

There will be a charge of $50 if you give less than 24 hours notice of cancellation, no key is left as previously arranged, or someone is not there at the agreed time to let your clean team in.

Concerns

If something was missed during your cleaning or you are not satisfied, please call or email us within 24 hours so we can have the problem corrected as fast as possible.  Concerns brought to our attention after the 24 hour timeframe will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Payment

Checks can be sent to our office or left at your home, but we also accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  For a mailing address to send payments, please contact us by phone or email.  Also, please let us know if you would like to set up automatic payments.

Refunds

All refunds are handled on a per-case basis, and will be sent within seven business days following service.

Reminder Call

One of our representatives will contact you 2 days before the appointment to confirm cleaning times and arrangements.  If you do not receive a call, please contact us the day before.

Arrival Time

Maids To You works very hard to schedule the most convenient times for our customers.  Please allow a 30 minute window due to traffic or unforeseen events.
